On Aug. 23, Honeywell announced an immediate stop use of certain models of Miller MightEvac and MightyLite Self-Retracting Lifelines.
Honeywell says there are potentially nonconforming brake components in these products that need to be replaced. Although there have been no reported incidents as a result of this nonconformity, continued use of the product could result in serious injury or death.
